About The Hotel

We are providing comfortable and affordable living in a cleaned place with all comforts. It is an alternate to a 3-4 star hotel. All our serviced apartments are fully furnished and fully equipped. With its mission of customer satisfaction, it has become a preferred location for domestic corporate world and foreign guests. Ish, Atithya encompasses the best practices of business along with sensitivity and care for the people. In addition, we provide various free services with the help of servants. We have put two units of Corona Oven in our Homestay for guests to sanitize their mobiles, key rings, credit cards, currency notes, masks and other items etc.

Notes and restrictions

We want you to have a home like and an excellent stay with us. We do not allow: 1. Use of any type of drugs and tobacco. 2. Smoking in the rooms, bathrooms as there are smoke alarms. However, you can smoke only in the designated areas. 3. Use of Hookah. Strictly prohibited by law. 4. Any type of weapons, arms and ammunition. 5. Any type of explosives. 6. Alcohol can only be consumed in a limited quantity. It should not trouble us and also, it should give any problem to our neighbors. 7. Music must be in a low volume mode. 8. Please respect our timings. You must finish your work by that time (9.00 PM). 9. Pets are not allowed. 10. We do not have elevator. Guests will use stairs. 11. Please note that ironing of clothes is not included. But you can always ask for the service by making extra payment. In case of doubt, please call us.
